Match-Point Soccer Scoring Systems were at the Wisconsin State Championships this weekend

Wisconsin State Championships Group Play waslast weekend! The quest for titles as Wisconsin State Champions in Appleton at USA Youth Sports Complex. Match-Point Soccer Scoring System was on every field.

Match Point, a 35-year-old Wisconsin manufacturer of tennis accessories has introduced the Professional Soccer Scoring System that make soccer score displays quick and easy.

The Match Point Professional Model Soccer Scoring System consists of two sets of numbers - #0 through #9 - in white - with one set printed on a black background and the other set printed on a red background.

The numbers are 10” high and are printed on 9” x 15” outdoor plastic sheet material. The numbers are visible at 100 yards and can be read from both sides... made for U14 and above field sizes.

The backboard frame (18” x 24”) is constructed of white plastic with a handy carrying strap and is collapsible for portability.

They are easy to carry out to the fields with your corner flags and easy to setup and use. The score can be updated by the referee, parent, ball boy or girl. Keeps everyone involved and informed.

Either the small or professional Soccer Scoring System can be ordered at Match Point through phone, mail or website. For further details, call 800-670-4964 or check our Website, www.match-point.biz

FIFA Rule 3 - Substitutions

FIFA LAW 3 – The Number of Players Substitution Procedure To replace a player by a substitution, the following conditions must be observed:
  • the referee is informed before any proposed substitution is made
  • a substitute only enters the field of play after the player is being replaced has left and after receiving a signal from the referee
  • a substitute only enters the field of play at the halfway line and during a stoppage in the match
  • a substitution is completed when a substitute enters the field of play
  • from that moment, the substitute becomes a player and the player he has replaced ceases to be a player
  • all substitutes are subject to the authority and jurisdiction of the referee, whether called upon to play or not

All WASA games function under FIFA rules. The only time this does not apply is during Open Cup and Amateur Cup games.
