|Questions have been raised regarding U-20 teams participating in
State and Regional Tournaments. A correction is also to be made to the date
that Team Rosters must be received by the Regional Cup Director, it is June
3rd, after that, a $100 a day fine will be imposed until to June 8th, 2010.
After that, a team will be dropped from the Tournament. Also, teams and clubs
need to make sure that all foreign born players, who came to the U.S.A. after
the age of 12, have to have an international clearance by the U.S.S.F., if they
don't already have one.
In answer to the U-20's, Yes, U-20 teams will be participating in both State and Regional Tournaments. State winners in all Divisions will advance to the Regional Tournament being held in Chicago, Illinois at Gaelic Park, June 18-20, 2010. We have been told all fields are being re-done and will be in far better playing condition than last year.
The entry fee for U-20 teams is $250.00. The entry fee is to accompany the Cup Entry Form.
The National Finals for Men's Open, Women's Cup, Men Amateur and 0-30 will be in Philadelphia, PA., July 30-Aug.1.
The U-23, National Competitions will be held in Kansas City, KA., July 23-25. The first and second place teams from the Regional Tournament will be sent to that Tournament.
The U-20 Tournament will be held in Region I. All teams that want to enter that Tournament will automatically be given to berth. After state and regional competition, regional winner will receive mileage to the tournament.
All players on all teams must have an Adult Player Pass from the Team they are playing for. All youth players must have a USYSA youth pass for the youth team they are playing for.
Any youth team whose players are registered with the Federation is eligible to enter the U.S. National men's Open Dup or and U.S. National Men's or Women's Amateur, or Under U-23, U-20 competition is required to provide proof of insurance coverage consistent with that required of teams registered with USASA or , lacking that proof, is required to purchase insurance coverage through USASA.

|This memo is to fill in the blanks that were not included in the
first cup memo of March 21st, 2010, and make those corrections.
The first correction is that State Cup winner's Region Roster's must be received by the Regional Cup Director by June 8th, NOT the 6th, after the June 3rd dead line, before a team is disqualified. However, this allows more time for fines to occur. So get those rosters in on time.
Make sure all players born out of the U.S.A. have International Clearances by the USSF. If they haven't gotten one yet make sure they do.
Regional Cup and National Cup dates and locations. The Regional Cups will be played at Gaelic Park in Chicago, Ill. June 18th-20th. I have been to that the fields are being repaired and will be FIT for play.
