The drills in this book are designed to be run in 10 to 20 minutes and are an excellent way to improve individual skills during practice. They are design for everyone to participate, are diverse to keep the player interested and help the team improve.
The conditioning chapter is an excellent way to get the aerobic exercise with out doing the mundane running that many coaches put there teams through. Most of the conditioning drills are activities with a soccer ball so the player is focused on playing versus working.
